We’ve encountered a kernel panic on our filter in Netherlands, there was a total network downtime of almost 15 minutes.
The filter is now stable and running, we will continue to improve our services by adding redundancy ASAP.

There’s been some peering issues in between Netherlands and Germany, we’re waiting for a fix.
A fiber has been cut accidentally.

Starting from 12/20/2022 until 01/10/2023, our responses to non-critical issues will be slower.

The dedicated server 8 has crashed for an unknown reason, the dedicated server was restarted and is now stable.

We’ve just been notified that one of our gateways are offline, we’re investigating the cause.

We’ve currently observed some low performance issues and connectivity problems with the main database.
We will proceed to restore the data to another host this morning.

We will start migrating the VPS development plans to our network.
ETA: 15-30 minutes per client, no overall downtime

This morning we’ve updated some core software of our network and a restart was required for the update to take effect, we’re sorry for the downtime caused, this issue is now fixed.

The KVM/LXC images need to be updated to the latest versions and be free of startup bugs in order to mitigate the failure of automatic activation of services.

Due to the recent client side FiveM update we’ve updated our filtering template for FiveM in order to eliminate the false positives created by this update, all the filtering templates will be disabled this morning and clients need to reapply them manually for their services using our control panel.
