FS#73 - Upstream UAM packet loss

The filtering nodes have been overloaded by carpet bombing on downstreams of our upstream, the issue has been fixed for now, firewall rules have been deployed in order to mitigate those attacks.
The issue wasn't fixed, we're working with our transit provider to fix this issue, we do have a track of the root cause.
Our upstream has confirmed that the issue had a fix applied and it's being monitored for the next 24 hours.
Our upstream has confirmed that the NICs are faulty and they ordered new NICs that will arrive next week.
The filtering nodes seem to be stable at the moment, we will update this task once this issue has been fixed.
The upstream just confirmed that the NICs arrived today and they will be installed Thursday/Friday and the issue will be fixed.

The upstream has just confirmed that the faulty NICs have been replaced on the filtering nodes, this issue should be solved, we'll still monitor this issue.
