We have a dead NIC that we're going to replace as fast as possible after reinstalling the OS on our filtering node.
There's no ETA at the moment.

We expect the network to be online in the next 30 minutes

All the customers will get an extra day on their services according to our SLA agreement.

The network should be back online, we're still verifying all the clients manually, this task is not yet done as we have some configuration and updates to apply on our side.
