We have identified that it may be a storage issue, this issue was caused by a remote drive added to our OS which became unresponsive and crashed several processes, a reboot of this dedicated server is required and it's scheduled for 06/03/2023 at 12:00 AM Europe/Paris.
The zombie processes were killed manually and all the virtualization processes were restarted without downtime, the dedicated server reboot is no longer required.
