"There was a fiber cut. This was not known to us beforehand and was unplanned. One of our carriers had this problem and communicated this too late. So we had no possibility to inform our customers in time via our status page. We are sorry for this. There was an interruption of 0 - 20 seconds between the route from Frankfurt to Eygelshoven."
