FS#99 - Discord billing notifications

Dear clients,

We would like to inform you that we’ve just finished implementing new capabilities in our Discord bot, the bot will now notify clients that have the “Clients” role on our Discord server on any changes about your services/invoices (invoice created, service suspended, etc).
