Filtering profiles packet loss Sunday 1st March 2026 12:00:00


Dear customers, we've observed constant packet loss on all DDoS filtering profiles on our filtering software, we're going to fix these issues as soon as the new update will be released. Since the impact is minimal and the actual packet loss can't be felt in gameplay this task has a low priority.

UPDATE 21/03/2026: We will reload the filtering software after 01:00 AM Europe/Bucharest timezone when traffic will reach the lowest point.

After continued monitoring and multiple filtering software reloads, the packet loss issue affecting filtering profiles has been resolved.

Residual packet loss has been reduced to normal levels and no further gameplay impact or connection issues have been observed. The filtering software is now operating as expected.

We will continue monitoring the network to ensure long-term stability.

After further investigation we've noticed that there is still some packet loss that does not affect gameplay but will be fixed in the next filtering software reload. Issues for players connecting to certain game servers have been solved.
