We are currently experiencing network disruptions affecting services in the Limburg region.
This issue is caused by large-scale distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks targeting our upstream provider. As a result, elevated latency, packet loss, and intermittent connectivity may be observed.
Our upstream is actively mitigating the attack traffic, and we are closely coordinating with them to restore full network stability as quickly as possible.
We will provide further updates as more information becomes available or once the situation stabilizes.
Thank you for your patience.
Following our recent incident reports affecting the Limburg region, we can confirm that the observed disruptions (including the April 23 brief interruption and the ongoing degradation reported on April 25) are related.
Our upstream provider has identified the root cause as large-scale DDoS activity impacting their backbone infrastructure. In response, they have already scheduled maintenance to implement mitigation improvements and reinforce network stability.
Planned Upstream Maintenance Window:
Start: April 27, 2026 – 06:00 UTC
End: April 27, 2026 – 09:00 UTC
Expected Impact: Up to ~2 minutes of traffic interruption during the maintenance window
This maintenance is part of their remediation plan to address the underlying issues contributing to the recent incidents.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates as necessary.
Thank you for your understanding.
