Due to the recent client side FiveM update we’ve updated our filtering template for FiveM in order to eliminate the false positives created by this update, all the filtering templates will be disabled this morning and clients need to reapply them manually for their services using our control panel.

We’ve decided to remake our Discord bot in order to make it much easier to use.
No uptime impact on any services.

The KVM/LXC images need to be updated to the latest versions and be free of startup bugs in order to mitigate the failure of automatic activation of services.

We’ve been notified that there may be a bug with our filtering templates on our control panel firewall, we’re investigating.

We’ve started developing a module that allows us to control customers remote protection links.
No impact on our web servers uptime.

We’re currently developing a custom filtering template for RAGE:MP GTA 5, during this development CP-FW will be unavailable, in maintenance mode.

We’re upgrading our current dedicated server used for filtering to a much more faster dedicated server where the overall filtering for the bypasses that may occur will be doubled to 20 gbps.
All our network will be unavailable during the specified period.

ETA: 1-4 hours

This morning we’ve updated some core software of our network and a restart was required for the update to take effect, we’re sorry for the downtime caused, this issue is now fixed.

We’ve encountered a kernel panic on our filter in Netherlands, there was a total network downtime of almost 15 minutes.
The filter is now stable and running, we will continue to improve our services by adding redundancy ASAP.

We will load balance our network load across multiple redundant internal routers in order to achieve the maximum throughput and uptime.

We will upgrade our actual “VPS development” node to better hardware, migration of all VPSes is required, please appoint your migration to avoid unwanted downtime.
